When conveying food-grade liquids (such as drinking water, juice, and brewing liquids), an epoxy resin lining that meets FDA standards is used to ensure that the medium is odorless and uncontaminated. When conveying highly corrosive media (such as concentrated hydrochloric acid, fluoride solutions, and organic solvents), a vinyl ester resin matrix is selected to enhance corrosion resistance. When conveying high-temperature media below 120°C (such as industrial hot water and hot syrups), a high-temperature resistant resin coating is added to prevent material softening.
