The liquid storage tank is typically located at the base of the tower, serving as a storage and circulation medium for the absorbent. Its capacity must meet the absorbent circulation requirements (generally, the flow rate of the circulation pump for 5-10 minutes). The liquid storage tank can be equipped with a stirring device (to maintain uniform absorbent concentration), a liquid level gauge (to monitor the liquid level in real time and prevent the pump from running dry), and a drain outlet (to regularly drain sediment or aged absorbent). In some scenarios, heating or cooling devices are also installed to regulate the absorbent temperature and improve purification efficiency.
