This tank utilizes a three-layer composite structure designed to address the high temperatures of the molten medium. The inner layer is a high-temperature, anti-corrosion lining (such as a polytetrafluoroethylene coating or a special resin lining), which directly contacts the molten medium and protects against corrosion. The middle layer is a glass fiber reinforcement layer, enhanced through a cross-winding process to enhance the tank's mechanical strength and withstand the static pressure of the molten medium. The outer layer is an insulating layer (such as an aluminum silicate fiber + polyurethane composite layer), which reduces heat loss, maintains the molten medium, and reduces energy consumption.
